Pottery Ranch is now partnered with Shindigs Decor Rentals - offering clients an opportunity to rent from their vast array of inventory at a fraction of the cost - you can find one of a kind decorations & furniture pieces ideal for weddings, photo shoots, home-staging, or special gatherings that you want to be unforgettable!
Terms and conditions
The normal Rental Period is 3-5 days. For events scheduled on Saturday, your items will be available (by appointment only- after 4 pm) on the Thursday before your event and returned the following Monday before 4 pm. All items will be cleaned, packed securely and ready for you to pick up at your reserved time. Extended rentals are also available but not guaranteed. To reserve your items, please telephone Charli Tavera at 830-265-1291 or submit your request via email to firstname.lastname@example.org. Please include the event date and location. We will review your items for availability and will email you a Rental Agreement Form for your review.
Payment terms & Deposits
Pottery Ranch allows you to select your items from the growing inventory and pick them up in advance of your event to do your own decorating and return them at the end of the rental period.
We also offer delivery and pick up service for venues in the area (see below for delivery fees).
As Security for the Rental Inventory a Credit Card number must be held to cover the cost of any damages incurred to items while in your care. If all items are returned safely without damage, the credit card will not be charged. Following the event and the final billing statement, including any damages or labor fee’s, the remaining 50% of the total Rental Agreement must be paid 10-15 days following the event date (unless otherwise agreed by the parties).
We will make every attempt to have available the items you have selected but due to unforeseen problems, such as breakage, we have the right to make substitutions to a similar item of quality and value.
A Reservation Invoice with items rented will be given to each client at time of pick up. Items should be returned in the same manner they were received.
If you are holding your event outdoors or a private venue to where you will not be cleaning up until the following day, specialty items such as Chandeliers or furniture must be moved indoors or to a covered area to prevent damage from rain or humidity. Furniture and Items must NOT be kept outside in the elements overnight.
Important - It is also up to the client to make sure other individuals helping with your event understand the terms and agreement.
There will be no refunds or credit issued for cancellations of event, inclement weather or for any items that has been reserved but unused within 30 days of the rental period. Please review your items carefully on the Reservation Invoice, once items are agreed upon, they cannot be cancelled within 30 days of the start of the agreed upon rental period.
All items must be returned clean. Silver Items must be washed by hand and not in the dishwasher. For the clients who prefer less hassle, items can be returned uncleaned - with advanced notice and an additional labor fee. Cow Hides/Rugs : Are not to be laundered by the client. Please place CowHides/Rugs in a large plastic bag(s) for travel. If CowHide/Rugs are heavily soiled or have been damaged during the event, a fee will be assessed for damages after cleaning.
RENTAL REQUIREMENTS FOR PICK UP
Rentals must be picked up in a secure vehicle. Some larger items such as furniture or bars will require a truck. If you are renting large items, please bring bungee cords or tie downs to secure the items in the back of your vehicle. Protective sheets or material may be used to properly transport the items and must be returned.
DELIVERY FEE AND/OR PICK UP FEE
We offer a delivery and/or pick up service for the following fees and must be agreed upon in advance for scheduling. Free delivery for Local Venues within 20 miles of the Pottery Ranch 281 in Marble Falls, and Pottery Ranch 290 in Fredericksburg, Tx.
For deliveries beyond 20 miles of either store there is a charge of $50 per delivery and $50 per pick up. Deliveries and Pick-Up’s Over 50 mile radius will $100 per pick up or delivery trip plus $.50 per mile.
If the rental items are not returned on the agreed upon date, a $50.00 late fee per day will be accessed.
RETURN CHECK FEE
$50.00 fee will be accessed for any check returned from your bank for insufficient funds.
THE FINE PRINT…
The client agrees that Pottery Ranch holds no liability for any damage or injury caused by the use of rental items to renter or any third party. The client assumes all risk of personal property damage or personal injury.
Vintage furniture is kept in good condition. Use at your own risk. User accepts risk of all liability of damage and injury for any and all occurrences while property is in your care, custody and control.
By accepting these terms listed in this agreement, you agree to allow Shin Digs Wedding Rental and/or Pottery Ranch permission to use photos that are taken at your event on our websites, social media sites, advertisements, etc. with the understanding that you will not profit from them in any way.
